1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds are not available if:
  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase.
  • More than 10% of the course material has been accessed.
  • The purchase was made during a limited-time promotion or discount offer.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via Cybermasters Institute’s support team with relevant details.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellations

• Canceling a subscription prevents auto-renewal but does not entitle users to a refund for the current billing cycle.
• Users will retain access until the end of their billing period.
